When you enter, you will encounter two grunts. After you defeat them, you will encounter their commander: Mars.

The one big thing you should watch out about Mars is she will try to poison your team, so be sure to carry some antidotes. As long as your Pokemon are a high enough level, you shouldn't have a hard time with her. If you have a Pokemon with Pluck, use it against Purugly to get an Oran Berry.

After you defeat Commander Mars, the group will retreat from Valley Windworks and the bridge, allowing you to progress further on Route 205.

Before you enter Eterna Forest, you will see a house. This house is a rest stop, where you can heal yourself before entering the forest. It's a good idea to rest here if your Pokemon are in bad shape.
